Raymutoj Product Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Raymutoj products and services! To protect your legal rights and clarify the product warranty-related rights and processes, we have formulated this policy. Order Basic Information:
You can request to edit or modify your order information (such as shipping address, product specifications, etc.) within 12 hours after placing the order. Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays), and the actual delivery time is 5-7 business days.


I. Core Warranty Commitment

Raymutoj guarantees that all beauty, personal care, and apparel products sold come with a one-year free warranty starting from the date of package receipt. During the warranty period, if a product experiences a performance failure or damage due to quality issues (not caused by human factors), we will provide free repair, replacement of parts, or product replacement services (the specific solution will be determined based on the extent of the product damage).


II. Warranty Coverage

This warranty policy only covers quality issues with the product itself, specifically including but not limited to:

  1. Beauty and Personal Care Products:
    Motor failure, circuit faults, function failure, material cracking (not caused by improper use), etc.

  2. Apparel Products:
    Issues such as seam splitting, original zipper defects, button detachment (due to insufficient factory fixation), fabric pilling or damage (meeting normal wear standards) due to non-improper washing/wearing.


III. Warranty Application Process

If your product encounters an issue covered by the warranty within the warranty period, please follow the process below to apply for warranty service:

  1. Submit an Application:
    Send a warranty application via the official email service@raymutoj.com. The email should include "Order Number + Product Name + Warranty Issue Description," along with clear photos/videos of the damaged part of the product (the images should clearly show the damage and the full product).

  2. Review and Confirmation:
    The customer service team will process your application within 1-2 business days, verify the order information and product damage, and provide feedback on the review results and the next steps via email or phone.

  3. Return the Product:
    If the warranty application is approved and the product needs to be returned, customer service will provide the official return address and return instructions. Please return the product within 7 business days of receiving the instructions (return shipping costs will be covered by Raymutoj, and it is recommended to use the logistics method specified by customer service and retain shipping proof).

  4. Repair/Replacement and Return:
    Once we receive the returned product, we will complete inspection and repair/replacement within 3-5 business days. The repaired or replaced product will be sent back to you free of charge via logistics, and we will provide you with the tracking number once shipped.


IV. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty service. If you require repairs, please contact customer service for paid repair options:

  1. Products beyond the one-year warranty period.

  2. Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: improper use (not following the product instructions), accidental drops, collisions, pressure, scratches, improper washing/care methods (such as using corrosive detergents for apparel or water damage for beauty/personal care products).

  3. Damage caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, extreme weather, etc.).

  4. Products that have been disassembled, repaired, or modified by unauthorized third parties.

  5. Products without valid order documentation (such as order number or shopping record) or if the physical product does not match the order information.

  6. Normal wear and tear from product use, such as light fabric pilling or fading (meeting industry quality standards), or consumable materials used up in beauty/personal care products.

  7. Discounted or promotional items (products marked as “clearance” or “non-genuine” products, which were sold with an understanding of existing quality issues).


V. Other Important Notes

  1. The warranty service is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable to third parties.

  2. If a product needs to be replaced due to quality issues, the warranty period for the replacement product will be recalculated starting from the date of replacement.

  3. During the repair process, we will do our best to preserve the original data of the product, but we do not assume responsibility for any unnecessary data loss caused by repairs. It is recommended that you back up your data in advance (applicable to beauty/personal care products with storage capabilities).

  4. Any matters not covered by this policy will be governed by relevant U.S. consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as other service terms of Raymutoj. Raymutoj reserves the final right to interpret this policy.
