Raymutoj Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Raymutoj products and services. In order to protect your legal rights and clearly define the return and exchange process, we have formulated this policy. This policy applies to all beauty, personal care, and apparel products sold by Raymutoj in the United States. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Basic Information:
You can edit or change your order within 12 hours after placing it. Orders that are in stock are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and the actual delivery time is 5-7 business days.


I. Basic Cancellation and Return Principles

  1. All order cancellations or return requests must be approved in writing by Raymutoj. Please submit your request via our official email at service@raymutoj.com, including your order number, product details, and the reason for your request.

  2. Cancellation requests that have not been approved will be rejected, and the order will be processed as usual. Products returned without written consent will be refused and returned, and all associated costs will be borne by you.


II. Product Defects and Issue Reporting

Please inspect the products carefully within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find any small defects, minor stains, or similar issues, please contact customer service immediately and provide clear photo/video evidence. We will provide a targeted solution.

Defects or stains reported after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as damage caused during use, and we will not be able to provide after-sales support.


III. Order Cancellation Rules at Different Stages

  1. Canceling Before Shipping Label Creation:
    If the order has been placed but the shipping label has not been created, you may apply for cancellation. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund.

  2. Canceling Before Shipment (Shipping Label Created):
    If the shipping label has been created but the item has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request will incur a 10% restocking fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded upon approval.

  3. Canceling After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped in transit. You may choose to:

    1. Refuse the package upon delivery.

    2. Accept the package and contact customer service for a return request.
      In both cases, you must first obtain a return shipping label from us. After returning the package and confirming it’s in good condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  4. Canceling After Delivery (Unopened Package):
    If the package arrives within 14 calendar days and remains unopened with the product in good condition, you can apply for cancellation. Please provide a photo/video as proof that the package is unopened. Upon approval, you will need to contact the original shipping company to return the entire package, bearing the return shipping costs. After the package is returned and checked, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  5. Canceling After Use (Non-Quality Reasons):

    1. Applicable Scenarios (including but not limited to): not wanted or needed items, incorrect size, dislike of the product, not accepting compensation for minor shipping damage, etc.

    2. Application Deadline: You must submit the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

    3. Application Requirements: When contacting customer service, you must provide photos/videos showing the product and packaging in their original condition. After approval, you will be authorized to return the item.

    4. Costs and Refund: You will bear the return shipping cost. After the package is returned and inspected, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.


IV. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, unless there are exceptional circumstances (which require separate approval from customer service):

  • Custom orders.

  • Used products with obvious signs of use.

  • Discounted or promotional items.


V. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

  1. After approval and product inspection, we will process your refund within 15 business days.

  2. If there is a delay in the refund due to bank processing delays or information verification, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact customer service to provide relevant proof, and we will assist in investigating the issue.


VI. Important Reminders

  1. If you need to return a product, do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Please sign for the package first, then request a return shipping label via email. Follow the instructions for the return process.
