I. Shipping Timelines and Order Modifications

  1. Shipping Timelines:
    For orders in stock, we typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). The actual delivery time is 5-7 business days, though this may be affected by order demand, production schedules, holiday arrangements, weather conditions, and other force majeure factors. If there are delays, we will promptly notify you via email.

  2. Order Modifications:
    You can request to edit or modify your order information (such as shipping address or product specifications) within 12 hours after placing your order. Please submit your request as soon as possible via customer service. After 12 hours, modifications will no longer be possible.


II. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The following areas do not qualify for free shipping: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO (military/diplomatic addresses), and P.O. Boxes. Shipping fees to these areas will be calculated based on the shipping distance and package weight. For specific amounts, please contact customer service.


III. Shipping Methods and Address Requirements

    We default to using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for delivery services. Free shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

  2. Shipping Address Requirements:
    Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street, city, state, and zip code) when placing your order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, and the package cannot be delivered, requires a second delivery attempt, or is returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

  3. Tracking:
    After your order is shipped, we will immediately send you the tracking number via email. You can track the real-time location and estimated delivery time of your package via the respective carrier’s website.


IV. Delivery Instructions

  1. Signature Service:
    Packages are typically delivered with no-contact delivery, meaning no recipient signature is required. If you would like to add signature confirmation, please contact customer service within 24 hours after placing your order. We will assist you in requesting FedEx signature service at no extra cost.

  2. Package Collection:
    If you are unable to sign for the package in person, you may coordinate with your community property management, delivery station, or provide collection information at checkout to avoid any delays.

  3. Special Circumstances:
    In the event of delays due to extreme weather, traffic restrictions, carrier system issues, or other unforeseen situations, we will work with the carrier to address the situation and update you on the progress as soon as possible.
